Military Working Dog (MWD) Aghbar is a 8 year old
German Shepherd trained in detection and patrol. K-9 Aghbar was the first MWD assigned to the Air Force
Academy in February 2002 since the Academy opened in
1957. Aghbar is known for his appearances on
ESPN during the 2002 USAFA Falcons Football Season.
Aghbar has served in Operations Enduring Freedom and
Iraqi Freedom, in Qatar and Afghanistan. When you see Aghbar's Handler ask him for Aghbar's
